Scott A. Kisting Scott A. Kisting is Chairman and CEO of SKBHC Holdings, LLC. He serves as Chairman, President and CEO of AmericanWest Bank and its Far West Bank division in Utah. Kisting has more than 35 years experience as a senior commercial banking executive. He has extensive leadership experience in all segments of banking, including corporate, commercial, small business, retail banking and investment sales in many markets and geographic regions. He served in senior executive roles with Norwest and Bank of America. Most recently, Kisting was Co-Head of the Global Banking Group for Merrill Lynch Corporation in New York, in which capacity he was responsible for $87 billion under management, including personal banking, commercial banking, secured lending, mortgage banking and credit cards. Kisting holds a B.S. from Cal State University and is a graduate of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. He completed the Graduate Executive Program at the University of Southern California. He has been active in numerous banking and leadership professional associations, including his service as National Director of the Consumer Bankers Association, member of the Executive Committee of the Risk Management Association, and member of the California Economic Development Lending Initiative. Kisting is on the Board of Directors of ICMA-RC, which is a not-for-profit financial services organization that provides retirement services to more than 900,000 local and state government employees across the nation.

James R. Claffee James R. Claffee is Chief Operating Officer of SKBHC Holdings, LLC and of AmericanWest Bank and its Far West Bank division in Utah. Claffee has more than 30 years of experience in banking and has served in senior executive positions with banks in Arizona, California and New England. Claffee was West Region President and Chief Deposit Officer for Mutual of Omaha Bank, responsible for strategic growth in the region and for integration of both First National Bank of Nevada and First Heritage Bank until April 2010. Claffee was recruited by Mutual of Omaha to serve in a senior executive role. Claffee is a graduate of Tufts University. He holds an M.B.A. from San Diego State University. He also completed the Liberal Arts Program for Senior Managers at Stanford, The J.L. Kellogg School of International Management and attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He has been active in charitable and philanthropic organizations throughout his career. Claffee is a Vietnam veteran and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
